A guide, not a guru
So, what makes me qualified to do this work? There are so many ways to answer this question, and lucky for you, I'm a talker, so I'll tell you everything. But, for those who don't want to scroll through it all, here's the TL;DR ⬇️
Grew up with privilege, but also a lot of inner chaos
Tried everything — talk therapy, EMDR, meditation, yoga, meditation, long walks, exercise, and things still felt off
Finally had a breakthrough at an Ayahuasca retreat in Peru (10/10, minus the purging)
Realized cannabis could be just as powerful — and way less messy
Trained as a psychedelic guide and found the work I was meant to do
Now I help people explore their inner worlds and come home to themselves
I’m not here to fix you — just to walk beside you while you remember who you are

The deep dive
For those of you who wanted the full scoop, this is for you!
First, I'll start by saying I grew up in a lovely home, with privilege and opportunity. I'm one of those people you might think had it all, and in many ways, I did. But some little "t" trauma, a tendency to overdrink, a fear of being in my own body, an inability to feel my emotions, an insatiable reflex to dissociate, and severe self-loathing took its toll.
I did SO MUCH talk therapy. I tried EMDR, chakra healing work, yoga, meditation, long walks, exercise — all of it — and I was still struggling with depression and anxiety. The inner monologue was really loud, mean, and hard to ignore. There was so much grief. So much anger for letting myself down. So much distrust in myself. Things got intense.
An incredible friend of mine saw my struggle, and she spoiled the shit out of me. She paid for me to go to a life-changing Ayahuasca retreat at The Temple Of The Way Of Light in Peru. That retreat opened the door to healing, and I've been different ever since. And while it was Ayahuasca that showed me the path to self-love, it's been my work with psychedelic cannabis that's kept me on track.
In fact, in most of my psychedelic-cannabis journeys, I've felt like I've been on Ayahuasca — minus the diarrhea and vomiting (a huge perk)! She's a shape-shifter, that cannabis, and all she wants to do is help. It only took one cannabis-assisted psychedelic journey for me to realize that being a guide is exactly what I wanted to do with my life. And so, I went to the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness and completed the training to become a Psychedelic Guide, and here we are.
As I was guiding my first client, one training session in, I realized I'm exactly where I need to be. That I want to help people feel the same way I do. There's nothing more powerful than witnessing journeyers bravely step into the journey space, access their vulnerability, and rediscover themselves.
I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in holding space while they remember who they are.
If any of that sounds familiar — the overwhelm, the self-doubt, the disconnection — you’re not alone. I'm all about helping others feel what I finally got to feel: safe in their own body, curious about their inner world, and capable of healing.
If you feel called to explore this kind of work, I’d love to connect. You don’t have to have it all figured out — that’s what the journey is for.

Here I am with the incredible healers who led me on my Ayahuasca adventure.
And a shot of the beautiful space I called home during my 12 days in the jungle.
